Since my last update, I’ve continued to build both my confidence and my skills as part of my Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship with Creative Alliance while working at FSE Digital. Every week brings new opportunities to learn, and I’m really enjoying the balance between structured learning and putting those skills into practice in the workplace.

On-The-Job

My responsibilities at FSE Digital have continued to grow since starting my apprenticeship. I’m now responsible for managing the company’s social media channels, creating graphics and written content for client campaigns, producing and editing video content, and attending networking and industry events.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the apprenticeship has been seeing how quickly I’ve been able to apply what I learn directly into my day-to-day role. Whether I’m creating social media content, editing videos, or supporting client campaigns, every project helps me develop both my technical marketing knowledge and my confidence in a professional environment.

Taking on greater responsibility has also given me a much better understanding of the different areas of digital marketing and how they all work together to achieve results for clients.

Off-The-Job

Alongside my work at FSE Digital, I’ve continued progressing through my apprenticeship with Creative Alliance. During my online seminars, I’ve completed modules covering Data, Analytics & Optimisation, Professional Practice & Personal Development, presentation skills, and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

One of my favourite parts of the off-the-job learning has been working alongside other apprentices. Collaborating on activities, sharing ideas, and learning from people who are developing careers in different areas of marketing has made the sessions both enjoyable and valuable.

I also have regular one-to-one meetings with my Development Coach, who provides personalised support throughout the apprenticeship. These sessions have been particularly helpful when building my portfolio, preparing for assessments, and identifying areas where I can continue to improve.

Looking Ahead

I’m really pleased with how much I’ve developed over the past few months, both professionally and personally. The combination of real-world experience and structured learning has been invaluable, and I can already see how much my confidence and marketing skills have grown.

I’d definitely recommend an apprenticeship to anyone considering a career in marketing. Being able to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification offers the best of both worlds.

I’m excited to continue my journey at FSE Digital and look forward to seeing what the next stage of my apprenticeship has in store.
