Disillusioned by how some of the larger estate agents were doing things, Keystones Property wanted to offer a better service to customers in the Loughton area.
Keystones Property was opened in May 2013, by Scott Jay, who has an extensive background in the property industry. The business were looking for a digital marketing partner that they could take on their journey with them and help them grow, and partnered with FSE Digital in March 2016.

Whilst Keystones already had an established book of landlords and some sales that were generated by Scott’s own contacts and referrals, they were keen to grow the business and start generating new clients via Google and other search engines.
With that in mind, FSE embarked on a detailed SEO campaign that would help Keystones rank locally for highly searched keywords in Google, grow their market share and increase their presence.
We focused on creating optimised landing pages for each of the areas and postcodes covered. We then generated some excellent links from highly relevant property websites to these pages.
Once Keystones were generating inbound sales and lettings enquiries, the next stage was to redesign and rebuild the website to continue to the upward trajectory. The website has subsequently been refreshed again, in line with Keystones continued growth.
We now also manage a PPC campaign on behalf of the client as well as helping with their social media which they are now very well known for in their local areas, particularly TikTok.
The company has seen steady growth since inception and now has a team of 8 staff.

- Monthly organic traffic increased from 500 to 3,800
- Market share increased from 0.75% in target locations to 8%
- Enquiries increased by 345%
- 47 target keywords on page one
