Case Study: Balgores Property Group

When Balgores Property Group first approached us, they were looking to build their exposure throughout Essex and Kent, as well as significantly increase their market share in the area, particularly with regards to their Chelmsford branch where they were struggling to get traction.

A STRONG FOCUS ON LOCAL SEARCH

With many potential customers relying on local search results when researching estate agents, our technical SEO team set about optimising Balgores’ local branch map listings.

We also optimised the web pages for all of their local branches throughout Essex and Kent, adding new content that really communicated their expertise and knowledge of the local area, as well as paying attention to technical fixes and user experience.

IMPROVING CLICK THROUGH RATE

Adding FAQ content to local branch pages helped us to create more well-informed enquiries for Balgores, whilst the use of Schema then helped to make their search listings more attractive and take up a larger portion of space on page 1.

This enabled us to improve their click through rate, increasing their traffic even further.

THE RESULTS

Balgores Property Group are now proud to be one of the largest estate agents in Essex.

Over the past year, our local organic search campaigns have:

  • Increased organic traffic by 70%
  • Decreased bounce rate by 13%
  • Achieved page 1 positions for localised high-volume search terms
