Meet the Team

Danny set up the company in 2011, in response to a need in the marketplace for cost effective digital solutions for SMEs. An established entrepreneur, he owns several successful companies, and has an extensive background in marketing and business development. In his spare time Danny enjoys the gym and plays football several times a week. He also loves to travel.  

Sarah joined FSE Digital in April 2025, bringing 20 years of experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines. An award-winning marketer, she has led successful campaigns spanning digital marketing, lead generation, event activation, and more, consistently driving brand growth and customer acquisition. A committed member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Sarah holds two Level 6 Diplomas in Professional and Digital Marketing and is currently pursuing the Level 7 Marketing Leadership Programme and Chartered status. She also volunteers as Events Ambassador on the CIM East-of-England Board Committee.

With over 10 years’ experience, Sam heads up our SEO team, leading on the creation and implementation of search strategies for our clients. He’s a keen problem solver, passionate about delivering tangible results. Sam has achieved the Google Squared certification and strives to continually keep up to date with the latest marketing trends. In his spare time Sam enjoys a round of golf, attending music festivals, and taking his Grandad to see Spurs. 

Jamie joined FSE in 2025 as Client Success Manager, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring clients not only achieve optimal results from our SEO initiatives but also remain actively engaged throughout the process. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, Jamie brings a wealth of expertise to the team, driving lasting value for our clients.

Chloe started with FSE Digital as an apprentice in 2014, keen to learn more about business management, following the setup of her own beauty business. Since then, she’s progressed to Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, including finance, HR, and client relations. Outside of work, Chloe loves to shop, spa and holiday. She enjoys walking and listening to podcasts.  

Martin is a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer & Consultant with over 16 years experience, specialising in PHP & bespoke WordPress development. This covers WordPress theme development, WordPress plugin development & advanced custom functionality within the WordPress ecosystem.

Having worked as a Senior Web Developer & Consultant in a wide range of roles from client side, freelance, contracting & marketing agencies, Martin has great knowledge of client relations, project mangagement and the coding skill set required to execute projects to a high and professionial standard.

Martin’s core strengths lie in finding the right solution for the problem, using a forward thinking approach and best practices to ensure that any website built is future-proofed, scale-able, accessible, and most importantly, fast, secure & SEO friendly. He prides himself on building websites without the use of ready-made themes, page builders & WordPress plugin bloat.

Chris’s role involves building new websites on behalf of our clients which are easy to use, fully responsive and set up with conversion in mind. As a teenager Chris had a keen interest in web development, learning to code in his spare time, and joined FSE Digital in 2018 after studying IT at college. Outside of work Chris is a gym junkie, loves tattoos, seeing friends and going to the cinema. 

After studying Fine Art Photography, Mae joined FSE Digital under our apprenticeship scheme in 2021, later achieving her Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification and now oversees social media campaigns for our clients. She is responsible for creating and delivering content plans, which include designing social media graphics and delivering corporate photography and headshots. Outside of work, Mae enjoys reading, attending live music events, and continues to pursue her passion for photography.

Rebecca has over 7 years’ experience in SEO and completed her digital marketing apprenticeship in 2019. She’s managed SEO campaigns for both local and international companies, across a range of industries including the leisure and finance industries. She enjoys working as part of a team to solve issues and improve website performance and rankings for clients. Outside of work Rebecca is a keen gamer, enjoys walking her dog, sailing, listening to podcasts, and paddle boarding.

Katy graduated from De Montfort University in 2021 with a degree in Media Production. Since then, she’s held various roles within digital marketing, both in house and agency side, and has experience of SEO with a particular interest in e-commerce. She also has knowledge of website development, graphic design and content production.  In her spare time Katy enjoys running, travelling, reading and listening to country music. She completed the London Landmark Half Marathon for MacMillan in 2024.

With several years of experience in digital marketing, Grace specialises in SEO and social media for a broad range of industries, from flooring and luxury bathroom brands to debt recovery agencies. She’s passionate about her client’s success, ensuring each campaign is tailored for optimal results. Committed to delivering excellent results, she works collaboratively with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Chloe joined the team to support with FSE digital’s social media presence. With a background in social media, online brand growth and community building. When Chloe isn’t glued to her phone, you’ll find her cuddling her bunnies, sewing at her machine or knitting in-front of the Telly.

Andy has a Business Management degree and gained experience within the finance industry before deciding on a career in digital marketing. He started with FSE Digital in April 2022, under our apprenticeship scheme, recently achieving a distinction for his Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification. Andy’s role involves supporting our Account Managers with search campaigns for a range of clients. In his spare time Andy enjoys watching and playing golf and football.  

Tracey joined FSE in 2024 as PA to the Managing Director, following an extensive career in Office Management and Administration in various sectors including the property and transport industries. An enthusiastic team player, Tracey’s role involves ensuring best in class organisation and process management across the company. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys spending time with friends and family, and travelling.
