The company felt that awareness of their services among the local community was lacking and therefore many people were being admitted to care homes unnecessarily. Dedicated to helping people stay in their own homes for longer, Fambridge Care approached FSE Digital to expand their digital footprint and increase the amount of leads they received for their care services. They were keen to raise awareness of their services, in the local area in which they operate, as an alternative to being admitted to a care home.

In order to help Fambridge Care grow their presence online and generate more leads, we set about creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across a number of channels. We knew that Search Engine Optimisation would be a great way to provide sustainable and steady leads for the long term, whilst restructuring and optimising their Google AdWords PPC campaigns would provide more immediate results.
After carrying out a full SEO audit, we set about creating pages for each of the specialist care services the company provide. This allowed us to target both location and service specific keywords in search engines.
Upon reviewing the company’s AdWords account, we found that they were bidding on terms that were too broad. We refined their targeting to bid for more specific keywords, removing wastage, driving a lower cost per lead and improving click through rates.
At the same time, FSE Digital created a full social media calendar, planning high quality and engaging content that would increase brand exposure and drive potential clients towards the Fambridge Care website.
